ORDINANCE NO. 55'S
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT OF 1957 BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE II
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That Chapter 18, Article II of the
Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of 1957 as amended, be
and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the fol-
lowing:
"Section 18.201(a). In addition to the
through streets set forth in 18.201 hereof,
the following streets are hereby declared to
constitute through streets:
All traffic on~'~'~~hall
stop ~e~ore enter~ng~r4l?"'~ ~~~r:R-J
The provisions and the requirements set
forth in the last paragraph of Section 18.201
apply hereto."
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval as
required by law.
