ORDINANCE NO. 567
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT OF 1957 BY AMENDING
CHAPTER 18 ARTICLE II
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That Chapter 18, Article II of the
Municipal Code of Mount prospect of 1957 as amended, be
and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the follow-
ing:
"Section l8.201(b). In addition to the
through streets set forth in 18.201 and l8.201(a)
hereof, the following streets are hereby declared
to constitute through streets:
All traffic on Lincoln Street shall stop
before entering Emerson Street.
All traffic on School Street shall stop
before entering Evergreen Avenue.
"The provisions and requirements set forth
in the last paragraph of Section 18.201 shall
apply hereto."
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval as
required by law.
