AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE VI ZONING
BOARD OF APPEALS, CHAPTER 5 OF THE MUNI-
CIPAL CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT OF 1957 AS
AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That Section 5.602 (Term) of
Article VI, Chapter 5 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect of 1957 as amended, be and the same is hereby
repealed and said Section 5.602 (Term) be and the same
shall hereafter read as follows:
"Each member of the Board of Appeals
appointed to said Board after the
effective date of this amendment
shall serve a five (5) year term.1t
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication according to law.
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed, reserving however, to the Village of Mount Pros-
pect any rights which have accrued to it against any
person, firm or corporation under any ordinance or sec-
tions of ordinances which may be and are hereby repealed.
