ORDINANCE NO. 5 <;] 5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That Chapter 13, Article 5 of the
Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of 1957 as amended, be
and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:
"Section 13.114.1 Miscellaneous Restric-
tions. In addition to the other restrictions
set forth in this Article, the following
restrictions shall also apply as hereinafter
set forth:
A. On all premises for which a Class "A"
license has been issued there shall be
no dancing, floor show or entertainment
of any type, or any mechanical pinball
machine or device operated in said premises,
provided, however, that cigarette and
candy dispensing machines are permitted."
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication as required by law.
