PZ-27-08, 1201 Burning Bush Lane, Zlatka Pavlovic (petitioner) RESOLUTION GRANTING PLAT OF EASEMENTS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1201 BURNING BUSH LANE This resolution authorizes the owner, to vacate the existing ten foot (10') easement and dedicate a five foot (5') easement along the rear property line for public utilities and drainage. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat of Easements by a vote of 5-0. B. PZ-28-08, 1924 and 2000 East Kensington Road, Village of Mount Prospect 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING CERTAIN VARIATIONS (FRONT YARD, SIDE YARD, HEIGHT AND LOT COVERAGE) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1924 AND 2000 EAST KENSINGTON ROAD This ordinance grants required front yard, side yard, heights and lot coverage variations for a proposed fire station at 1924 East Kensington Road. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the required front yard, side yard, height and lot coverage variations by a vote of 5-0. XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. Request Village Board approval to purchase 2009 Police and Public Works vehicles in an amount not to exceed $299,397. B. STATUS XIII. OTHER BUSINESS XIV.
