AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT OF 195'7 AS AMENDED, BY
AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 1, SECTION
2.103
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That Chapter 2, Article I, Section
2.103 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of 195'7 as
amended, be and the same is hereby amended to and shall
hereafter be and read as follows:
ltSection 2.103 Meetings. The village
board shall hold its regular meeting in the
Village Hall on each Tuesday of each month,
excepting therefrom the fifth Tuesday in any
month, at ~: ()O P.M. and no notice of such
regular meeting shall be required. Whenever
a regular meeting falls on a legal holiday,
then such meeting shall be held on the day
following. II
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval
according to law.
