ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4
ENTITLED "APPOINTED VILLAGE OFFICIALS"
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: Section 4.103 entitled "Powers and Duties" to Article I, entitled
"Village Manager" of Chapter 4 entitled "Appointed Village Officials" of the Mount
Prospect Village Code shall be amended by adding a new paragraph M which shall be
and read as follows:
M. The Village Manager, in his or her sole discretion, may delegate
any duty or obligation assigned to the office of the Village Manager
to any other employee or agent of the Village.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
