ORDINANCE NO. 6/5
AN ORDINANCE TO ANNEX CERTAIN TERRITORY
'1'0 THE VILLAGE OF KOUN'1' PROSPlOOT, OOOK
COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the corporate atlthorities 01' the Village of
Mount Prospect have determined that annexation of certain
territory, hereinafter described, is in the best interests 01'
the Village of Mount Prospect, and will promote the public
health, safety, comfort, morals and welfare of the Village
of Mount Prospect and its residents; and
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village of
Hount Prospect find that the following described territory
is unincorporated territory, containing less than sixty (60)
aeres, and is wholly bounded by the Village of Mount Pros-

The West 150 feet of the East 300.2q. feet of that part of
lot ItHu in Kirchhoff's subd.ivision in Section 3.3, Town-
ship 42 North, Range 11 Bast of the Third Principal
Meridian, lying South of a line 250 feet Borth of and
parallel to the S0tlth line of said Section .3.3, in Cook
County, Illinois.

property oontaining less than sixty (60) aores, wholly bounded
by the Village of Hount Prospect:

Section 2: That this Ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and approval acoording to law.
Section 3: That the Village President of the Yil-
lage of Mount Prospect is hereby authorized and directed to
record with the Recorder of >>eeds of Cook County, Illinois,
a certified copy of this Ordinance, together with an accurate
map of the territory annexed, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
