AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, SECTION
2.103 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT OF 1957 AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That Chapter 2, Section 2.103 Meetings,
of the Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect of 1957
as amended, be and the same is hereby amended to and shall here-
after read as follows:
IISection 2.103 Meetings. The Village Board
shall hold its regular meetings in the Village
Hall on each Tuesday of each month at eight o'clock
P.M. excepting therefrom the fifth Tuesday in any
month and excepting further that in the months of
July, August and December meetings shall only be
held on the first and third Tuesday of said months.
No notice of such regular meetings shall be re-
quired. Whenever a regular meeting falls on a
legal holiday then such meeting shall be held on
the day following'. II
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication according to law.
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, reser-
ving however, to the Village of Mount Prospect any rights which
have accrued to it against any person, firm or corporation under
any ordinances or sections of ordinances which may be and are
hereby repealed.
