Removing And Replacing Various Types of Curb & Gutter Throughtout 'Ihe Village of Mount Ptopseet
and shall be constructed feet wide
and be designated as Section 94-00120-~30-RS
2. That them is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of One Million 22nee Hundred And Fifty Thousand
00/100 Dollars ($ 1,350,000 ) for the
improvement of said suetiun from the municipality's allotment of Motor Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by Conlraet ; and,

BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to lransmit two certified copies of this resolution to
the district office of the Department of Transportation.

Dear Madam:
The Resolution for Section 94-00120-00-RS, adoptedby the
President and Board of Trustees on April 19, 1994, was approved
by this Department on May 11~ 199a. This resolution provides
for the resurfaoing of various municipal streets and
appropriates $1,350,000.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the
subject section.
