Removing And Replacing Various 'fyi)es of Curb & C-utter Throughtout 'fhe Village of Mount Propsect

and be designated as Sect/co 95-00122-00-RS
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (addit/oual) sum of Seven Hundred Thousand

improvement of said section from the municipality's allolment of Motet Fuel Tax funds.

Dear Madam:
The Resolution for Section 95-00122-00-RS adopted by the President and Board
of Trustees on M~Ch 7; I995 was approved by this Department on April 24,
1995. This resolution provides for the resurfacing of various municipal streets
and appropriates $700,000.00 of motor fuel tax funds for the subject section:

Dear Madam:
The contract in the amount of $927,446.13 with Arrow Road Const. Co. for
Section 95-0012~-00-RS was approved by this Department on April 24, 1995.
Expenditure in the amount of $700,000.0 which is the Villages motor fuel tax
portion of the total contract cost of this section, from your unobligated motor
fuel tax account is hereby authorized and will be recorded on your next Monthly
Allotment Notification Letter. This together with $227,446.13 makes a total
amount of $927,446.13, which is the total contract cost of this section.
Two approved copies of the contract are returned herewith. Please forward one
copy of the contract to the contractor.
