RESOLUTION NO. 31-95
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RUST ENVIRONMENT &
INFRASTRUCTURE TO SEEK AN AMENDMENT TO THE EXISTING WASTE
WATER FACILITIES PL,~N FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
WHEREAS, on September 20, 1994, the Village of Mount Prospect approved a
Professional Services Agreement with RUST Environment & Infrastructure to study
programs to reduce basement flooding and to amend the existing Wastewater
Facilities Plan; and
WHEREAS, the preliminary amended Plan for See Gwun/Milburn and Maple/Berkshire
was submitted to the Village Board of Trustees for approval at their regular meeting of
June 27, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS;
SECTION ONE: That the amended Wastewater Facilities Plan and all related
documents be submitted to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and further
that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency be encouraged to accept such plans
and documents.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval in the manner provided by law. ~
