IT RESOLVED, by the MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the
VILLAGE of MOUNT PROSPECT ,Illinois
that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed impro~,ement shall consist Resuffacing of existing bituminous and concrete pavements
including miscellaneous adjustments and reconstructions at various locations.
and shall be constructed feet wide
and be designated as Section 85-00099-00-RS
2. That there is hereby al3propriated the (additional) sum of Four Hundred Fon')~ne and 89/100
Dollm's ($ 489.89 ) for the
improvement o£ said section fi.om the muaicipality's allotment of Motot Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by Contract ; and,
