Illinois De ent Resolution for Improvement by Municipality Construction
of Transportation Under the Illinois Highway Code
IT RESOLVED, by the MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the
' VILLAGE of MOUNT PROSPECT ,Illinois
that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist of Reconstructing various streets throughout the Village
of Mount Prospect, including the removal and replacement of the existing pavement, curb & gutters, drainage structures,
and parkway.
and shall be constructed feet wide
and be designated as Section 96-00125-00-FP
2. That there is hereby appropriated the (additional) sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand
................. -00/100 Dollars ($ 150,000.00 ) for the
improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motot Fuel Tax funds.
3. That work shall be done by Contract ; and,
(Sperry Contract or Day Labor)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk is hereby directed to transmit two certified copies of this resolution to
the district office of the Department of Transportation.

Dear Madam:
The plans, specifications and estimate for the above section were approved by
this Department on March 22, 1996.
The proposed improvement provides for the resurfacing of various municipal
streets.
It is noted that the proposed improvement will be constructed within the existing
right-of-way.
The village's approved copies of the proposal and plans were previously picked
up fi:om our office by the village.
