A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A.REPRESENTATIVE
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO SIGN
LOAN DOCUMENTS RELATIVE TO THE S~WAGETREATMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, applicatio~ provis~ons for loans from the Water
Pollution Control Revolving Fund for construction of sewage
.treatment.works require that the Village of Mount Prospect
authorize a representative to sign the loan application'forms and
supporting documents.for all eligible project; and ~
WHEREAS, the Villag~ of Mount Prospect designates the Village
Manager as the authorized representative of the Village of Mount
Prospect to sign loan documents in conjunction with the Sewage
Treatment Project..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYORAND BOARD OF TRUSTEES -
OF THE VIT.TAGE OF MOUNT .PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
~ That the Mayor and Board'of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect do hereby designate the Village Manager of the
Village of Mount Prospect to sign loan documents from the Water
Pollution Control Revolving Fund in conjunction with the Sewage
Treatment Projects L170855 and L171087.
~F~' That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after ~ts passage an~ approval in the manner
provided by law.
