RESOLUTION NO. 22-97
A RESOLUTION REGARDING UNIFORM RELOCATION ASSISTANCE
AND REAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION (INCLUDING EASEMENTS)
ON OR AFTER JANUARY 2, 1971
WHEREAS, the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act
of 1970 as amended (42 U.S.C. 4601 et seq.) requires that the Village of Mount Prospect
comply with 49 CFR 24.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That inasmuch as the project will require the acquisition of real property
(where real property may include easements) on or after January 2, 1971, and the real
property acquisition is complete, the Village of Mount Prospect herewith attaches a
statement by the seller that the price paid for property (including easements) is fair and
reasonable, and he is aware of his rights and waives them, with grant of easement
attached;
SECTION TWO: That this project will not result in the displacement of any person from his
home, business or farm on ar after January 2, 1971;
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval in the manner provided by law.

NAYS: None
ABSENT: Hendricks, Juracek
