A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR THE SERVICES
EXTENDED BY RICHARD N. HENDRICKS
WHEREAS, RICHARD N. HENDRICKS was elected to the position of Village
Trustee, serving this term from May, 1993 through May, 1997; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD N. HENDRICKS has given of his time, experience,
knowledge and dedication to the position of Village Trustee of the Village of Mount
Prospect; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect has been enhanced by the efforts and
knowledge expended by RICHARD N. HENDRICKS in the performance of his
position as Village Trustee; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect to
hereby express their appreciation to RICHARD N. HENDRICKS for his dedicated
service to the Village of Mount Prospect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That by this Resolution the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect express to RICHARD N. HENDRICKS their deep
gratitude for his dedicated service as a member of the Village Board of the Village
of Mount Prospect.
SECTION TWO: That a certified copy of this Resolution be suitably prepared
and presented to RICHARD N HENDRICKS as a perpetual memento.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
