A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR THE SERVICES
EXTENDED BY ARLENE A. JURACEK
WHEREAS, ARLENE A. JURACEK served on the Safety Commission of the Village
of Mount Prospect for over 3 years; and
WHEREAS, ARLENE A. JURACEK was celled upon to fill a vacency on the Village
Board in October, 1996; and
WHEREAS, ARLENE A. JURACEK accepted the challenge and commitment and
did serve as Village Trustee; and
WHEREAS, during the time ARLENE A. JURACEK served on the Village Board
she served unselfishly and diligently; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect has been greatly enhanced by the
knowledge and professionalism expended by ARLENE A. JURACEK in the
performance of her position as Village Trustee; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect to
hereby express their appreciation to ARLENE A. JURACEK for her dediceted and
distinguished service to the Village of Mount Prospect.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That by this Resolution the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect express to ARLENE A. JURACEK their deep gratitude
for her dedicated and constructive service as a member of the Village Board of the
Village of Mount Prospect.
SECTION TWO: That a certified copy of this Resolution be suitably prepared
and presented to ARLENE A. JURACEK as a perpetual memento.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Clowes, Corcoran, Hoefert, Lohrstorfer, Nocchi, Wilks
