IT RESOLVED, by the MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES of the
VILLAGE of MOUNT PKOSPECT ,Illinois
that the following described street(s) be improved under the Illinois Highway Code:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
1. That the proposed improvement shall consist removal of the existing pavement and the installation of 4" Aggregate
Base Course, a 2" Bitminous Surface, Type B4.12 Curb and Gutter, Drainage Structure Repair, Parkway and Driveway
Repaks and other appurtenant work.
and shall be constructed feet wide
and be designated as Section 97-00127-00-FP
2. That there is hereby appropriated the ~ additional) sum of One Million and 00/100

improvement of said section from the municipality's allotment of Motot Fuel Tax funds,

The Resolution for Section 97-00127-00-FP~by the President and Board
of Trustees ~ by this Department on August 12,
1997. This resolution provides for the reconstruction of various municipal
streets and appropriates $1,000,000.00 of motor fuel tax funds for the subject
section.
