A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING AUTHORIZED SIGNERS ON
VII,I,AGE ACCOUNTS WITH BANKS AND OTHER DEPOSITORIES
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect maintains various accounts with banks and other
depositories for the purpose of facilitating the receipt, investment, and disbursement of monies.
NOW, TIq'F~P. EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SY..g~J2I.QhLQ~: That the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect designate the
following individuals as authorized signers on all Village accounts with banks and other depositories:
Gerald L. Farley
Douglas R. Ellsworth
Carol L. Widmer
~: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect as of July 27, 1998 after its
passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Clowes, Corcoran, Lohrstorfer, Nocchi, Wilks
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Hoefert
