RESOLUTION NO. 42-98
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 40-98
RELATIVE TO NEGOTIATING WITH TOWN CENTRE, bEC.
FOR THE DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect adopted Resolution
No. 40-98 relative to extending the date for the Redevelopment Agreement between the Village of
Mount Prospect and Town Centre, bbC. from July 24, 1998 to August 21, 1998; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it would be in the best interest of the Village to extend the
date for entering into the Redevelopment Agreement from August 21, 1998 to October 23, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That SECTION ONE of Resolution No. 40-98 is hereby amended by deleting
"August 21, 1998" and substituting therefor the date "October 23, 1998."
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval in the manner provided by law.
AYES: CIowes, Hoefert, Lohrstorfer, Nocchi, Wilks
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Corcoran
