AF/ 3/12/9~ ORDINANCE NO. 4281 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4164 GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 215 EAST PROSPECT AVENUE WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect did grant variations from certain requirements of Chapter 14 (Zoning Ordinance), as requested for property commonly known as 215 East Prospect Avenue, being the subject of ZBA 15-V-90 and legally described as follows: Lots 10 and 17 in A. J. Weber Addition to Mount Prospect, being a subdivision in the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 12, Township 41 North, Range Il, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois and; WHEREAS, SECTION FOUR of Ordinance No. 4164 provides that a permit must be issued and construction begun prior to April 3, 1991; and WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Petitioner to proceed with the improvement as permitted by the variations granted in Ordinance No. 4164; and WHEREAS, the Petitioner has requested an amendment to Ordinance No. 4164 to extend the date of April 3, 1991 one year to April 3, 1992. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That the recitals set forth hereinabove are incorporated herein as findings of fact by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect. SECTION TWO: That the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect do hereby amend SECTION FOUR of Ordinance No. 4164 by extending the date to obtain a building permit and begin construction for one additional year, so said variations shall be valid for a period through and including April 3, 1992. SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
