AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4170 GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 7 SOUTH EDWARD STREET WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect did grant variations from certain requirements of Chapter 14 (Zoning Ordinance), as requested for property commonly known as 7 South Edward Street, being the subject of ZBA 18-V-90 and legally described as follows: Lot 19 in Block 3 in Busse's Addition to Mount Prospect in the East 1/2 of Section 12, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois and; WHEREAS, pursuant to the regulations of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, SECTION FOUR of Ordinance No. 4170 provides that a permit must b~ issued and construction begun prior to April 17, 1991; and WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Petitioner to construct the room addition as permitted by the variations granted in Ordinance No. 4170; and WHEREAS, the Petitioner has requested an amendment to Ordinance No. 4170 to extend the date of April 17, 1991 one year to April 17, 1992. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That the recitals set forth hereinabove are incorporated herein as findings of fact by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect. SECTION TWO: That the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect do hereby amend SECTION FOUR of Ordinance No. 4170 by extending the date for obtaining a building permit and begin construction for one additional year, so said variations shall be valid for a period through and including April 17, 1992. SECTION THREE: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
