ORDINANCE NO. 52 J>
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT OF 1957 (ORDINANCE NO. 5~)
BY AMENDING SECTION 18.510
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
SECTION 1. That so much of Section 18.510 of the Municipal
Code of Mount Prospect of 1957 (Ordinance No. 534> which reads:
"Along both curbs of Evergreen Avenue from Maple Street east i
to Owen Street except during school hours as provided i
for in Section 115.113 of this Codell
be and the same is hereby amended to read:
"Along both curbs of Evergreen Avenue from Maple Street
east to Owen Street
lfAlong both curbs of Busse Avenue from Emerson Street
east to Owen Street except during school hours as
provided for in Section 18.513 of this Code. II
SECTION 2. That every person convicted of a violation of
any provision of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of
not less than one dollar nor more than one hundred dollars for
each offense.
