AN ORDINANCE repealing Ordinance
No. 525.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 525 entitled tlAn Ordinance
amending an ordinance entitled trAn ordinance creating a Plan Commission
in and for the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinoistr passed
January 4, 1938" passed November 13, 1956, be and the same is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval according to law.
