If I AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF TAXES FOR CORPORATE AND MUNICIPAL PURPOSES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 1956 AND ENDING APRIL 30, 1957. -!~ -!} .;~ J'.. " BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Eighteen Dollars and Eighty Cents ($125,018.80), the same being the total amount to be levied of appropriations heretofore made for corporate and municipal purposes for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 1956 and ending April 30, 1957, as appropriated for the cur- rent fiscal year by the said Annual Appropriation Bill, be and the same is hereby levied on all taxable property within the Village of Mount Prospect aecording to the valuation of said property as is, or shall be assessed or equalized for State and County purposes for the current year 1956. The Appropriations theretofore having here- tofore made in and by ordinance adopted by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect at a meeting thereof regularly convened and held in the said Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, on the 19th day of June, 1956 and thereafter duly published in the Mount Prospect Herald, a newspaper published in and having a general circulation within the said Village of Mount Prospect, on the 28th day of June, 1956, according to law; the various objects and purposes for which said appropriations were heretofore made are set forth under the column entitled "Amount Appropriated" and the specific amount hereby levied for each object and purpose is as set forth under the column entitled "Amount Levied", as follows: - 2 - ARTICLE I.
