AN ORDINANCE amending the
Village of Mount Prospect Zoning
Ordinance as amended.

WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the Village of Mount
Prospect, at a public meeting duly called and held according to law
considered the que stion of clas sHying the real e state hereinafter
described, which because of court judgments is without a clas sification,
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees, after con-
sidering the recommendation of the said Zoning Commission, find
and believe that in accordance with the judgment order s of the court
that the highest and best use for the said real estate herein is that of
B-Business;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,Illinois:
Section 1. That an ordinance entitled "An Ordinance classifying,
regulating and restricting the location of trades and industries and the
location of buildings designed for specified uses; regulating and limiting
the height and bulk of buildings hereafter erected or altered, regulating
and limiting the intensity of the use of lot areas and regulating and deter-
mining the area of yards, courts and other open spaces within and
surrounding such buildings; establishing the boundaries of districts for
the said purposes; and prescribing penalties for the violation of its
provisions", passed and approved December 4, 1923, and amendments
thereto, and known as Ordinance No~ 52, as amended, be further
amended by classifying the following real estate as B-Business District:
Lots 6 to 13, inclusive, in Block 24; Lots 3,4,5
and 6 in Block 21; Lots 5,6,7,9, la, 13 and 14 in
Block 22; all in Prospect Manor Subdivision being
a subdivision of part of the South 3/4 of the West
1/2 of Section 34, Township 42 North, Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian
and
Lot 13 in Busse IS Resubdivision of Lots 1 to 6
inclusive in Block 4, and also Lots 2 and 3 in
Block 5; all of Block 6; Lots 13 to 24 inclusive
in Block 7; Lots 17 to 20 in Block 8; all in Meier IS
addition to Mount Prospect, a subdivision in the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 12, Town 41 North,
Range 11, East of the 3rd P. M.
Section 2. That said real estate as classified shall be subject
to all limitations and conditions placed upon properties in B -Business
District as defined in said Ordinance hereinbefore mentioned.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law.
