AN ORDINANCE repealing
Ordinance No. 396
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 396 pertaining to social security
benefits passed on April 6, 1954 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2.
That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval according to law.
