AN ORDINANCE further amending
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 330.
Be it ordained by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an Ordinance entitled
"An Ordinance requiring the construction and repair of
sidewalks in connection with building permit to construct
buildings," known as Ordinance No. 330, as previously
amended by an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance amending
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 330," known as Ordinance No.
393, is hereby further amended as follows: by striking
out the figures "t2.50" wherever they appear and sub-
stituting therefor the figures "$3.75."
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval
and publication according to law.
