AN ORDINANCE amending Section 7
of Chapter III of the Mount Prospect
Building Code.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TR USTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1. That Section 7 of Chapter III of the Mount Prospect
Building Code (Ordinance No. 225) as amended be and the same is hereby
further amended to read as follows:
7. Application for a permit is to be made on a form
furnished by the Department of Buildings and must be
accompanied by the following documents, namely, plans
specifications, plats, certificates and estimates of costs
as hereafter specified; together with a fee of five dollars
($5.00) on all applications showing a cost of $1500.00
and over, for examination of plans, specifications and
plot plan.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
upon its passage, approval and publication according to law.
