AN ORDINANCE c<mending the Villa.ge
of Mount Prospect Zoning Ordil'.ance
as amended.

WHEREASo the Zoning Commission of the Village of Mount
Prospect, at a public meeting duly called and held according to lAWn
considered the question of reclassifying irom R -1 Residence Dhtrict
to B BU3lneS3 District, the real estate hereinafte:r described; and
WHEREAS~ the President and Board of Trusteesv after consider-
ing the l"acommendatioZl of the sa.id ZOi,ling Commission" find and believe
that the best and higheet use for the real estate herein is that of B Business;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OF-DAINED by the President and
Board of Tl.ustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook CountYt, Illinois:
