AN ORDIN...A..NCE annencling the Village
of Mount Prospect Zoning Ordinance
as amended.

WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the Village of Mount
Prospect, at a public hearing duly called i1,nd held according to law,
considered the question of reclassifying frOl:n R-l Residence District
to B Business District~ the real estate hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, the President and Bo.ard of Trutees, afte:r consider...
ing the recommendation of the said Zoning COl"l1rnisoion, find and believe
that the best and highest use lor the real eetate herein is thet of B Business;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of l.fol.mt ProElpect~ Cook County, Illinois:
Section 1. That an ordinance entitled "An Ordi!'1tmce C1a6Si!y1ng~
regulating and restricting the location of trades and industries and the
location of buildings designed for specified uses; regulating and limiting
the height and bulk of buildings herea!tel" erected or altered., regulating
and limiting the intensity of the use of lot areas and regulating and d'Ctel"-
mining the area 01. yards, courts a,nd other open spaces within and,
imrrounding such buildings; establishiug tha bounda:des of districts for
the said purposes; 8.11d prescribing penalties for the violation of its
pzovisiona"t passed and appri)ved December 4, 1923~ and anlendmonts
thereto, and known as Ordinance No. 52 an amended, be further amended
by reclassif.ying from R -1 Residence Di.re;tl"ict to B Busines@ District, the
following described real estate:
One lot on nOl'th side of N. W. Hwy. between William St.
and Louis St. legally described all: Lot 61 in Morning-
side Gardens, being a subdivision of part of the North-
east 1/4 of Sectinn 12~ Tovmship 41 North~ Range 11,
East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, ill.
Section 2. That said real entate ~2 reclassified shall be subject
to alllimitationsal'ld conditions placed upon propel..ties in .B Business
District as defined in said Ordinance hel"einoofore mention.ed.
