AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING ON CENTRAL ROAD IN THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS BETi~ .~THUR AVI~iUE

BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect of the County of Cook, state of Illinois:
SECTION I: That no person shall stop, park or leave standing,
at any time, any vehicle, wllether attended or unattended, upon the
paved or improved or main traveled part of Central Road in said Village
of Mount Prospect between Arthur Avenue and Northwest Highway.
SECTION 2: ~~ery person found guilty of violating Section 1
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished
by a fine of not less than Five Dollars ($5.00) and not more than
1wo Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense.
SECTION 3: All ordinances of this Village in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
