AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC CODE)
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 15.2015.A entitled "Parking Meter Zones"
of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect,
as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto, in proper
alphabetical sequence the following; so that hereinafter Section
18.2015.A shall include:
" District or Street Description
North Wille Street Lot The area lying on the west side South
Wille St. approximately 110 ft. south
of Central Rd. "
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet
in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Clowes, Corcoran, Floros, Hoefert, Wilks
NAYS: None
ABSENT: Busse
