ORDINANCE NO. 4463
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE 1T ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE; That Subsection A of Section 13, 107 of Chapter 13 of the Village
Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
increasing the number of Class "V~' liquor licenses by one (1) (Anna's Polish Restaurant,
Two West Busse Avenue), so that hereafter said Subsection A of Section 13.107 of
Chapter 13 shall be and read as follows:
Section 13.107.Number of Licenses:
Two (2) Class A Licenses
Two (2) Class B Licenses
Ten (10) Class C Licenses
One (1) Class D License
Two (2) Class E Licenses
One (1) Class G License
One (1) Class H License
One (1) Class M License
One (1) Class P License
Twenty-one (21) Class R Licenses
Nine (9) Class S Licenses
One (1) Class T License
Seven (7) Class W Licenses
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
