Call meeting to order at 0840
Roll Call
Present: Lt Bocox, Kowalczyk, Kelly, Chief Novak, Moran,
Absent: Johnson, Chief Dolan
Officer’s Report:
Chairman’s Report: It was discussed that if you submit a proposal please try and be present at
the meeting to answer any questions related to the proposal.
Treasurer’s Report: Current total balance is $498,741.74 as of 7/12/2023.
Secretary Report: Reading of meeting minutes from 5/2/2023. Motion to approve by Kelly.

BC Novak FDIC Submittal. Discussion ensues. Cost not to exceed $5000. M Kowalczyk motion to
approve. Kelly Second. . FFTB Vote Lt Bocox = Yes, M Kowalczyk = Yes, Kelly=Yes, BC Novak = Yes,
P Moran = Yes, Nay = None
Michelle Kowalczyk peer support submittal. Discussion ensues. Cost not to exceed $50,000.
$10,000 dollar cap per person who would utilize the funds. BC Novak Motion to pass. Kelly
seconded. . FFTB Vote Lt Bocox = Yes, M Kowalczyk = Yes, Kelly=Yes, BC Novak = Yes, P Moran =
Yes, Nay = None General membership vote at next meeting on 9/5/2023 due to submittal being
over $10,000.
Lt Christensen Outdoor Chair submittal for Station 12. Discussion ensues. Amazon bid selected
due to lowest price and delivery. Price not to exceed $999.00. BC Novak motion to pass. Moran
seconded. FFTB Vote Lt Bocox = Yes, M Kowalczyk = Yes, Kelly=Yes, BC Novak = Yes, P Moran =
Yes, Nay = None
FF Skalon Fire Behavior prop submittal. Discussion ensues. FF Skalon states he will inquire with
neighboring Fire Departments about sharing the cost and sharing the prop. It will also be looked
into putting in a yearly budget. It was voted on to table the submittal until the next FFTB meeting
scheduled for 9/5/2023.FFTB would like Chief Dolan and Chief Cassidy to be present at the FFTB
meeting. The FFTB will circle back to this submittal at that time. Lt Bocox motion to table
submittal until next meeting. BC Novak Seconded. . FFTB Vote Lt Bocox = Yes, M Kowalczyk = Yes,
Kelly=Yes, BC Novak = Yes, P Moran = Yes, Nay = None Submittal will be put on the agenda for
the FFTB meeting on 9/5/2023 at 0830.
Lt Schwegler Training submittal. FFTB Spoke with Lt Schwegler via telephone and it was decided
to table this submittal until the next FFTB meeting. FFTB will circle back to this submittal on
9/5/2023. This submittal will be added to the FFTB meeting agenda for 9/5/2023. Lt Bocox
motion for tabling submittal until 9/5/2023. Kelly seconded. . FFTB Vote Lt Bocox = Yes, M

FF Losoff Chem Pro X Submittal. Discussion ensues. Cost not to exceed $25,995. BC Novak
Motion to pass. Kelly seconded. . FFTB Vote Lt Bocox = Yes, M Kowalczyk = Yes, Kelly=Yes, BC
Novak = Yes, P Moran = Yes, Nay = None General membership vote at next meeting on 9/5/2023
due to submittal being over $10,000.
