AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE V OF CHAPTER 8
ENTITLED "OTHER REGULATIONS"
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That of paragraph B.3.b. of Section 8.510 entitled
"Contracts With Owners of Land Outside the Corporate Limits" of
Chapuer 8 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is
hereby further amended by specifying the numbers of votes necessary
to enter into an agreement as sDecified; so that hereinafter, said
Section 8.510.B.3.b shall be and read as follows:
" B.3.
b. Such resolution or direction must be passed by an
exuraordinary vo5e as set forth in Section 2.201.C.5 of
this Code.
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet
form in the manner provided by law.
