ORDINANCE NO. 4551
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE It ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Subsection A of Section 13, 107 of Chapter 13 of the Village Code
of Mount Prospect, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
decreasing the number of Class "R" liquor licenses by one (1) (Dragon City Restaurant,
1716 East Kensington) so that hereafter said Subsection A of Section 13.107 of Chapter
13 shall be and read as follows:
" Section 13.107. Number of Licenses:
Two (2) Class A Licenses
Two (2) Class B Licenses
Ten (10) Class C Licenses
One (1) Class D License
Two (2) Class E Licenses
One (1) Class G License
One (1) Class H License
One (1) Class M License
One (1) Class P License
Twenty (20) C lass R Licenses
Ten (10) Class S Licenses
One (1) Class T License
Six (6) Class W Licenses
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in para phlet form in the manner provided by law.

NAYS: None
ABSENT: Corcoran
