ORDn~ANCE NO. 666
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT OF 1957 AS
AMENDED, BY AMENDING CHAPTER 13
BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois,
SECTION 1:
That Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of
1957 as amended, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
"Section 13.lOlA - Before any license shall be issued, the
applic~~t shall furnish to the Village of Mount Prospect
a surety bond in the amount of $1,000- acceptable to the
Village; such bond shall provide against any violation by
the principal, his agents or employees, of any of the terms
of Chapter 13 of the Municipal Code of 1957 as amended,
or any ordinances, rules and regulations now in force or
which may hereafter be in force in said Village affecting
the operation of his business."
SECTION 2:
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage and approval according to law.
PASSED this 28th day of April, 1959.
APPROVED this 28th day of April, 1959.
