AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 13.107 OF
CHAPTER 13 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT OF 1957 AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That Section 13.107 of Chapter 13 of the
Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of 1957 as amended, be and the
same is hereby amended to and shall hereafter read as follows:
"Section 13.107 Number of licenses. There shall
be issued in the Village no more than:
H
three class tAl licenses;
one class IB' license;
three class ICt licenses;
one class fDr license
to be in effect at any time.tt
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, reserving
however, to the Village of Mount Prospect any rights which have
accrued to it against any person, firm or corporation under any
ordinances, or sections of ordinances which may be and are hereby
repealed.
