ORDINANCE NO. ~ 73
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.201 OF
ARTICLE II" CHAPTER 18 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT OF 1957" AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT" COOK COUNTY" ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That Section 18.201" Article II" Chapter
18, of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
"Section l8.20l(f).
All traffic on Gregory and Maple Streets
shall stop before entering in, across or upon the
intersection of said streets.
All traffic on Gregory Street and Elmhurst
Avenue shall stop before entering in, across or upon
the intersection of said streets."
Section 2: That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect after its passage and approval according to law.
