ORDINANCE NO. tl1
AN ORDINANCE TO AlvIEND SECTION 18.202 OF
ARTICLE 2 OF CHAPTER 18 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT OF 1957 AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That Section 18.202 of Article 2 of Chap-
ter 18. Traffic, be and the same is hereby amended to and
shall hereafter read as follows:
"Section 18.202 One-Way Streets. It shall
be unlawful to operate any vehicle on any street
designated by the Board of Trustees as a one-way
street in any direction other than that indicated.
The following streets are hereby designated as
one-way streets:
(1) Shabonee Street - One-way Eastbound from
Emerson Street to Maple
Street
(2) Maple Street - One-way Northbound from
Shabonee Street to Lincoln
Street
(3) Lincoln Street - One-way Westbound from Maple
Street to Emerson Street
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed,
reserving however, to the Village of Mount Prospect any rights
which have accrued to it against any person, firm or corpora-
tion under any ordinances or sections of ordinances which may
be and are hereby repealed.
