AN ORDINANCE TO AhEND SECTION 18.202 OF
THE }'iUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF
1,:OUNT PROSPECT OF 1957 AS M1ENDED
vHIEREAS, after a thorough investigation of the
traffic conditions on Forest Street between Hemory Lane and
Highland Street it has been concluded that it is in the best
interests of the residents of the Village of Mount Prospect
to require traffic on said Forest Street to proceed north-
bound between Hemory Lane to Highland Street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF HOUNT PROSPECT, COOK
COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That Section 18.202 of Article II of
Chapter 18. Traffic, be and the same is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following subparagraph:
il(4) Forest Street - One-~'.TaY northbound
from hemory Lane to Highland Street. if
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, reser-
ving however, to the Village of l-.lount Prospect any rights which
have accrued to it against any person, firm or corporation under
any ordinances or sections of ordnances which may be and are
hereby repealed.
