AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 13.107,
Number of Licenses, OF CHAPTER 13,
Alcoholic Liquor Dealers, OF THE MUN-
ICIPAL CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT OF 1957
AS AMENDED
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK
COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That subsections (b) and (c) of Section
13.107 Number of Licenses, of Chapter 13 Alcoholic Liquor
Dealers, of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of 1957, As
Amended, shall be amended to and shall hereafter read as fol-
lows:
"(b) Two Class B licenses
(c) Four Class C licenses"
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication according to law.
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby re-
pealed, reserving however, to the Village of Mount Prospect
any rights which have accrued to it against any person, firm
or corporation under any ordinances or sections of ordinances
which may be and are hereby repealed.
