AN ORDINANCE TO M-'iEND SECTION 2.103
Heetings, of CHAPTER 2. THE BOARD
OF TRUSTEES, OF THE ~1UNICIPAL CODE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT OF 1957 AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTI,
ILLINOIS:
Section 1: The first paragraph of Section 2.103
Meetings, of Chapter 2. The Board of Trustees, shall be
amended to and shall hereafter read as follows:
"Section 2.103 Neetings. The Village
Board shall hold its regular meetings in the
Village Hall on the first and third Tuesday of
each month at Eight o'clock P.M. No notice of
such regular meetings shall be required. When-
ever a regular meeting falls on a legal holiday
then such meeting shall be held on the day
following."
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval
according to law.
Section 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby re-
pealed, reserving however, to the Village of Mount Prospect
any rights which have accrued to it against any person, firm
or corporation under any ordinances or parts of ordinances
which may be and are hereby repealed.
