THE MffifIClrAD CODE OF MOillJT PROS~ECT
NOW, THEH}~PORE, DE 1'1' OHDAIlTED by the Pres ident and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 24.204 of Article II, Chapter
2~_ of the Tlunicipal Code of =,IolUl.t Prospect be and is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 24.20LI-. Removj,J. - Notice.
It shall be the duty of the Village I'/Tanager to serve or
cause to be served a notice upon the owner or occupant
of any premises on which leaves or plants are permitted
to grow in violation of the provisions of the Article,
and to derrland the abatement of the nuisance within ten
(10) days.
Section 2. ~ehis OrQlnanCe shall be in full force and
effect upon its passage, approval and publication according to
law.
