NOl'l, TH.GHEFUHE, BE IT onDAINED by the Pres ident and
Board of Trustees of the Village of ?~ount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 33.2 of Chapter III of the
Mount Prospect Building Code of 1957, be and is hereby amended to
read as follows:
No permit shall be issued until the applicant has de-
posited with the Village Treasurer the sum of ~':j...&ao
to guarantee the replacement or repair of broken or
damaged sidewalks, curbs, gutters and streets, restoring the
public property damaged, and to remove all dirt and
litter from the premises and from public streets; and
said sum shall be returned to the applicant upon com-
pletion of the building less such sums as may be re-
quired to replace or repair all damage to public prop-
erty and for the removal of dirt and litter from public
streets abutting the premises involved.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
