AN OHDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.103 OF TIIE r:IDNICIPAL CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OP MOU1TT PHOS.pECT HELATING TO MEETINGS
NOW, THEP~FOllli, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County,
Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 2.103 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Mount Prospect is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 2.103 Meetings. The Village Board shall hold
its regular meetings in the Village Hall on each Tuesday of each
month at eight o'clock P.T:I. excepting therefrom the fifth Tuesday
in any month and excepting further that in the months of JUly,
August and December meetings shall only be held on the first and
third Tuesday of said months. No notice of such regular meetings
shall be required. Vihenever a regular meeting falls on a legal
holiday then such meeting shall be -he-ld on the day following.
The meeting place of the said Board shall be at the
Village Hall, unless otherwise ordered by the Board.
Special meetings ~ay be called by the President of the
Village or any three trustees upon at least twenty-four hours
notice to all r:lenbers and the President; provided that if all of
the ~erustees are present at a special meeting no notice of such
meeting shall be necessary and such notice "Shall be deemed
waived.
Section 2. That all ordinances, including Ordinance No.
757, which are in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval according to
law.
