ORDINANCE NO. 1 2.1 L.
AN ORDINANCE ~~ENDING SECTION 18.202, ARTICLE II, CHA~TER 18
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNT tROSPECT, MAKING FOREST STREET
ONE-WAY NORTH BOUND ONLY FROM HIGHLAND STREET TO FOUNDRY ROAD
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, cook county,
Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 18.202, Article II, Chapter 18
(Traffic) of the MUnicipal Code of Mount prospect be and the same
is hereby amended by amending subparagraph (4) to read as follows:
II (L~) Forest Street one way north bound from
Highland Street to Foundry Road."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
