(JJRDINANCE NO. (60:;
AN ORDINANCE ~~ENDING SECTION 18.507 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOm~T PROS~ECT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook county,
Illinois:
Section 1. That Section 18.507 of the Municipal Code
of Mount Prospect shall be amended to read as follows:
"No person shall park a vehicle on any
street within the Village between the hours
of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day, ex-
cept physicians on emergency calls."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication,
according to law.
